Are you under 25? Want to get involved in defending young peoples human rights? AIA in Victoria has two programs you might be interested in - The Youth Action Network and the Schools Network. The Victorian Schools Network is an ever growing group of secondary students who facilitate the involvement of over 200 schools groups in Victoria. School Groups in Victoria participate in campaigning work, fundraising and awareness activities with students often presenting creative ways to speak with their school community about the importance of human rights. For more information or to get involved email vicschools@amnesty.org.au.

Of course, if you are not finding what you are looking for in either of these programs, you are more than welcome to join one of other action groups, volunteer or get active in the way that suits you best!

We'd love to hear your ideas on what you would find interesting - email vicaia@amnesty.org.au with any ideas you have!

Getting active is lots of fun and its always good to 'do good to feel good'! Subscribe to VicActivE to keep up to date with what's happening!

Young people are involved in all aspects of AIA:VIC, they sit on the Branch Committee, they volunteer in the VAC, they are important activists throughout all our teams and networks, they run events like our comedy nights, Freedom Festival and more.

We look forward to hearing from you soon!
